I used frozen shrimp that was already deveined and peeled
Ingredients
- 12 large frozen shrimp, defrosted, peeled and deveined
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 Tablespoon Lemon Pepper seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- chopped parsley
Instructions
- Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat.
- Add garlic; cook and stir 30 seconds or until fragrant. (Do not brown.)
- Add shrimp and seasoning; cook and stir 3 to 4 minutes or just until shrimp turn pink.
- Sprinkle with parsley.
