Lemon Pepper Shrimp

I used frozen shrimp that was already deveined and peeled
Ingredients
  • 12 large frozen shrimp, defrosted, peeled and deveined
  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 Tablespoon Lemon Pepper seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • chopped parsley
Instructions
  1. Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat.
  2. Add garlic; cook and stir 30 seconds or until fragrant. (Do not brown.)
  3. Add shrimp and seasoning; cook and stir 3 to 4 minutes or just until shrimp turn pink.
  4. Sprinkle with parsley.
